Silver Ribbon Ambassador, Brian Kelly, of Orland Park, Illinois, has collected over 42,000 letters of support. Brian sustained a traumatic brain injury in 2002. Senator Kennedy supports the proposed Silver Ribbon Brain Disorders and Disabilities Awareness First Class Postage Stamp, and has written to the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee urging its issuance.
