Brian Kelly at 2004 Silver Ribbon Golf Outing

Silver Ribbon Ambassador Brian Kelly organized Silver Ribbon golf outings in May, 2004. The first annual "Silver Ribbon Golf Outing" on May 24th was a huge success. It was held at the Green Garden Country Club and raised $9,500 for the Brain Injury Association of Illinois.

There were 82 golfers, including UPS retirees and McDonald's employees. McDonald's and UPS were the two largest sponsors. Kelly Nissan sponsored a "Hole-in-One" car. The varsity football team from Providence Catholic High School New Lenox helped with the event. Through a bake sale and selling NARSAD Artworks products, an additional $3,750 was raised for a total of $13,250 for the Brain Injury Association of Illinois.
